Q. Can you handle Customer Service?
A. Yes, with a Letter of Agency
All FAQ
If you would prefer not to stay on hold to make requests or changes to your telecommunications service you can give us a Letter of Agency and we are then legally entitled to represent you in such matters. There is no fee for this service.

Q. Should I sign long-term contracts? All FAQ
A. Probably for no longer than one year
With many potential business and technology changes, we do not recommend signing an agreement for a long period, unless there is a provision to be released from the contract after a year if you find lower rates and the carrier is unable to match the rates.

Q. How much does your service cost? All FAQ
A. Our service does not cost, it pays!
Our fees are paid by the major carriers which provide the telecommunications services. We usually can find a particular service that matches your specific requirements at a lower price than you could find by performing your own investigation.

A. The best rates we have found are:
Interstate switched: 4.5 cents (6/6 billing)
T1 dedicated: 1.9 - 2.9 cents (based on volume)
Flat rate service: $69.95 (max. 5,000 mins./month)
